Mit der Teilnahme am „URBANARA #showusyourbutter Gewinnspiel“ akzeptiert der/die Teilnehmer/in die hier genannten Teilnahmebedingungen. Es gelten die Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen.

1. Veranstalter des Gewinnspiels:

Das Gewinnspiel wird von URBANARA GmbH (siehe Impressum) veranstaltet. Für weitere Informationen senden Sie bitte eine E-Mail community@urbanara.com.

2. Teilnahmeberechtigung:

    • Teilnahmeberechtigt sind Personen mit Wohnsitz in Europa. Teilnehmer/in ist der/die Inhaber/in des Instagram-Kontos, des Facebook-Kontos oder des TikTok-Kontos. Jedes Instagram-Konto wird nur einmal berücksichtigt.
    • Die Teilnahme an der Verlosung hängt nicht von der Entrichtung eines Teilnahmeentgelts ab. Sie ist kostenlos. Die Teilnahme an der Verlosung ist auch nicht von dem Erwerb von Waren oder Dienstleistungen abhängig.
    • Gewinnspielclubs, automatisierte Einträge über Gewinnspiel-Robots sowie willentliche Falscheinträge sind ebenfalls unzulässig.
    • Von der Teilnahme ausgeschlossen sind Angestellte von der URBANARA GmbH, Angestellte der Social Chain AG und Lumaland AG jeweils deren Angehörige.

Teilnehmen darf jede Person ab 18 Jahren, die diese Teilnahmebedingungen akzeptiert. Pro Person und Instagram-Konto/Facebook-Konto/TikTok-Konto ist nur eine Teilnahme möglich. 

3. Ausschluss von Teilnehmern:

URBANARA behalten sich das Recht vor, Teilnehmer/innen insbesondere bei Verstößen gegen die Teilnahmebedingungen oder bei Manipulationsversuchen auszuschließen.

4. Teilnahmefrist:

Teilnahmefrist ist Samstag, der 12.04.2022, um 23:59 Uhr. Die Teilnahmefrist ist gewahrt, wenn bis zum Ablauf des Tages, an dem die Frist endet, ein Video mit einem gültigem Instagram-Konto/Facebook-Konto/TikTok-Konto hochgeladen wurde auf dem @urbanara getagged wurde sowie der Hashtag #showusyourbutter vermerkt ist.

5. Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel:

Um am Gewinnspiel teilzunehmen, muss der/die Teilnehmer/in ein Video öffentlich hochladen und je nach Plattform den jeweiligen Account von URBANARA (Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/urbanara/  Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/urbanara.de   TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@urbanara) markieren und den Hashtag #showusyourbutter in der Caption einbauen.

6. Gewinn:

URBANARA verlost 3x ein Set der Mafalda Bettwäsche in der Farbe Butter, die Größe für Kissen- und Decken-Bezüge kann von dem/der Gewinner/in gewählt werden. Der gesamte Gewinn wird nicht in Form von Bargeld ausgezahlt.

7. Gewinner:

Über den Gewinn entscheidet das Los unter Gewährleistung des Zufallsprinzips. Gewinner/in ist der/die Inhaber/in des Instagram/Facebook/TikTok Kontos, auf das das Los entfallen. Eine Übertragbarkeit des Gewinns ist nicht möglich.

8. Information der Gewinner:

Der/die Gewinner/in wird von der URBANARA GmbH per Privatnachricht, auf der jeweiligen Social Media Plattform kontaktiert über die das Video eingereicht wurde (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) benachrichtigt. Die Benachrichtigung erfolgt an das im Rahmen der Verlosung angegebenen Instagram-Konto/Facebook-Konto/TikTok-Konto. Sollte sich der/die Gewinner/in nicht innerhalb einer Frist von 7 Tagen nach der Benachrichtigung melden, so verfällt der Anspruch auf den Gewinn und es wird unter den anderen Teilnehmer/innen der Verlosung ein/e Ersatzgewinner/in ausgelost.

9. Übermittlung des Gewinns:

Der/die Gewinner/in wird am 13.04.2022 über Instagram/Facebook/TikTok per Privatnachricht kontaktiert und gebeten, Name und Adresse innerhalb von 7 Tagen an community@urbanara.com zu senden. Für die Richtigkeit der angegebenen E-Mail-Adresse ist der/die Teilnehmer/in selbst verantwortlich. Der/die Gewinner/in erhält dann im Nachzug den Gewinn.

10. Beendigung der Verlosung:

URBANARA behaltet sich das Recht vor, das Gewinnspiel bis zum Ablauf der Teilnahmefrist jederzeit aus wichtigen Gründen abzubrechen. Wichtig sind insbesondere solche Gründe, die einen planmäßigen Ablauf der Verlosung stören oder verhindern. Die Bekanntgabe des Abbruchs erfolgt in gleicher Form wie die Bekanntgabe des Gewinnspiels.

11. Fragen zur Verlosung:

Fragen zur Verlosung oder zu den Teilnahmebedingungen nehmen wir gerne unter community@urbanara.com entgegen.

12. Haftbeschränkung:

URBANARA behält sich das Recht vor, insbesondere aus technischen Gründen, die Erreichbarkeit des Gewinnspiels einzuschränken oder für einen vorübergehenden Zeitraum auszusetzen. Hieraus resultieren keine Ansprüche gegen die URBANARA GmbH. Die URBANARA GmbH haften nicht für Sach- und/oder Rechtsmängel an Preisen. Dazu ist die Haftung von der URBANARA GmbH auf Vorsatz und grobe Fahrlässigkeit beschränkt. Die Haftungsbeschränkung gilt nicht für die schuldhafte Verletzung des Lebens, des Körpers und der Gesundheit sowie für die Verletzung von Pflichten, die für die Durchführung der Verlosung wesentlich sind (vertragswesentliche Pflichten). Diese Haftungsbeschränkung gilt auch für die persönliche Haftung von Organen, Arbeitnehmern, Vertretern und Erfüllungsgehilfen von der URBANARA GmbH.

13. Rechtsweg:

Der Rechtsweg ist ausgeschlossen.

Datenschutz

Mit der Teilnahme an der Verlosung erklärt sich der/die Teilnehmer/in damit einverstanden, dass URBANARA die für die Teilnahme an der Verlosung erforderlichen personenbezogenen Daten zum Zwecke der Abwicklung und für die Dauer der Verlosung speichert. Die Daten des Teilnehmenden werden ausschließlich für den vorgenannten Zweck eingesetzt. Eine anderweitige Verwendung der Daten, etwa für Werbezwecke, ist ausgeschlossen. Der/die Teilnehmer/in kann die Speicherung und Nutzung seiner personenbezogenen Daten durch URBANARA jederzeit durch Löschen des eigenen Kommentars oder durch Versenden eine E-Mail an community@urbanara.com widerrufen und die Löschung dieser Daten veranlassen. Hat der/die Teilnehmer/in die Löschung seiner personenbezogenen Daten verlangt, ist seine/ihre Teilnahme an der Verlosung ausgeschlossen. Im Übrigen wird URBANARA die im Rahmen der Verlosung erhobenen, gespeicherten und genutzten personenbezogenen Daten nach Ablauf von zwei Monaten nach Beendigung der Verlosung löschen.

Diese Promotion steht in keiner Verbindung zu Instagram und/oder Facebook und/oder TikTok und wird in keiner Weise von Instagram und/oder Facebook und/oder TikTok gesponsert, unterstützt oder organisiert. Bei Teilnahme an diesem Wettbewerb stellen alle Teilnehmer/innen Instagram/Facebook/TikTok von jeglichen Ansprüchen oder jeglicher Haftung im Zusammenhang mit dem Wettbewerb frei.   1. Organiser of the competition:

The competition is organised by the URBANARA GmbH (see terms & conditions). For further information please send an email to community@urbanara.com.

  1. Eligibility:
  • Only residents of Europe are eligible to participate. Participant is the owner of the Instagram account / Facebook account / TikTok account. Each Instagram account is considered only once. 
  • Participation in the raffle does not depend on the payment of a participation fee. It is free. Participation in the raffle is also not dependent on the purchase of goods or services.
  • Raffle clubs, automated entries on sweepstakes robots as well as deliberate misrepresentations are also inadmissible.
  • Employees of the URBANARA GmbH as well as employees of Social Chain AG and Lumaland AG and all associated GmbHs and their relatives are excluded from participation.

Participation is open to anyone over the age of 18 who accepts these terms and conditions. Only one entry is possible per person and Instagram/Facebook/TikTok account.

  1. Exclusion of participants:

URBANARA reserves the right to exclude participants in the case of violations of the conditions of participation or attempts at manipulation.

  1. Participation period:

The deadline for participation is the 12th of April 2022 at 23.59. The entry is valid if a video with a relevant topic has been uploaded before the end of this deadline where the hashtag #showusyourbutter is used and the @urbanara account of the platform is tagged (Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/urbanara/  Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/urbanara.de   TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@urbanara).

  1. Participation in the raffle:

To enter the contest, the participant must upload one video publicly, tag @urbanara (Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/urbanara/  Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/urbanara.de   TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@urbanara) and use the hashtag #showusyourbutter in the captition of the video post.

  1. Prize:

URBANARA offers a price to 3 winners, each will recieve a set of the Mafalda bedding including up to two pillow covers and up to two duvet covers in the size of choice in the colour butter. The prize is not redeemable in cash.

  1. Winner:

Winners are chosen at random. Winners are the owner of the Instagram/Facebook/TikTok account that is chosen at random, provided conditions have been met. Prize cannot be transferred.

  1. Prize announcement & claim:

The winner will be notified by URBANARA via private message on Instagram/Facebook/TikTok depending on the platform of entry. The notification will be sent to the Instagram/Facebook/Twitter account that entered the video. If the winner does not respond within a period of 7 days after the notification, then the claim to the prize expires and a replacement winner will be drawn among the other participants in the raffle.

  1. Transmission of the prize:

The winner will be contacted on 13.04.2022 via Instagram/Facebook/TikTok via private message and asked to send their name and address to community@urbanara.com within 7 days. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the specified email address. The winner then receives the prize by post. 

  1. Completion of the raffle:

URBANARA reserves the right to cancel the raffle at any time for important reasons until the expiration of the participation period. Particularly important are those reasons that disturb or prevent a scheduled expiry of the raffle. The announcement of the cancellation takes place in the same form as the announcement of the raffle.

  1. Questions about the raffle:

If you have any questions regarding the raffle or the terms and conditions, we are happy to receive them at community@urbanara.com.

  1. Limitation of liability:

URBANARA reserves the right, in particular for technical reasons, to limit the accessibility of the competition or to suspend it for a temporary period. This does not give rise to any claims against URBANARA. URBANARA is not liable for material and/or legal defects in prices. In addition, the liability of URBANARA is limited to intent and gross negligence. The limitation of liability does not apply to the culpable injury to life, limb and health or to the violation of duties that are essential for the performance of the raffle (essential contractual obligations). This limitation of liability also applies to the personal liability of organs, employees, representatives and vicarious agents of URBANARA.

  1. Legal process:

By participating in the raffle, the participant agrees that URBANARA stores the personal data required for participation in the raffle for the purpose of processing and for the duration of the raffle. The data of the participant is used exclusively for the aforementioned purpose. Any other use of the data, for example for advertising purposes, is excluded. The participant can revoke the storage and use of their personal data by URBANARA at any time by deleting their own comment or by sending an email to community@urbanara.com and requesting the deletion of this data. If the participant requests the deletion of their personal data, their participation in the raffle is excluded. In addition, URBANARA will delete the personal data collected, stored and used within the raffle after two months from the end of the raffle.

This promotion is unrelated to Instagram and/or Facebook and/or TikTok and is in no way sponsored, promoted or organised by Instagram and/or Facebook and/or TikTok. By participating in this contest, all participants will release Instagram/Facebook/TikTok from any claims or liability in connection with the contest. Instagram and/or Facebook and/or TikTok are not available as a contact person for the raffle.
